PlayStation remains as one of the preferred companies to work with for Chinese developers. They have been working together doing both indie video games and big-selling productions. In this case, it was revealed that one more title is coming to the PS console, made especially for fans of anime-like aesthetics and gacha video games.

During the PlayStation Showcase 2023, which was done on Wednesday, May 24th it was revealed that “Tower of Fantasy” (made by Hotta Studio and Perfect World Games company) will be available in the Sony PlayStation systems at a future date, which is yet to be announced.

“Tower of Fantasy” is an RPG game which is part of the action and open world genres. It was debuted in June last year, but in its original release date, the game was only made available for PC and mobile phone devices. At the time of its debut, console users started questioning Hotta Studios and requesting a console version of the title. However, the video game company expressed they had no plans to link their video game to PlayStation or Xbox consoles.

Fortunately, this statement was far from being the studi0’s final word, and they have confirmed that the Chinese game will make its debut both in PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

In spite of lacking an exact release date, the hype is already growing among fans who have waited for the video game to be played in an actual console. A trailer was also made public for gaming audiences, they will have to wait until next summer to enjoy the title in the PS family.
