Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are divorcing after 25 years of marriage. The 54-year-old model filed a petition “for dissolution of marriage and other measures” in the Palm Beach County court in Florida last Friday.
The renowned actor, who is the father of Scarlet, Sistine and Sophia with his still wife, revealed some details of the difficult decision. According to information released by her representative Michelle Bega to the TMZ site, he commented:
“I love my family. We are addressing these personal issues amicably and privately“, said the star of the Rocky film saga.
According to TMZ, Flavin accuses the actor of hiding marital assets to harm her financially. In her divorce documents, obtained by the aforementioned media, her legal team points out:

“Under information and belief, the husband has engaged in intentional dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital property that has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate”.
Flavin demands that she be “compensated and compensated by receiving an unequal distribution of marital property in her favor“. And she requests that the actor “must be prevented from selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering or dissipating any assets during the divorce process“.
It was earlier this year when the couple celebrated their silver wedding anniversary. The Hollywood star and the model celebrated the event on social networks. However, the post was deleted shortly before it emerged that the couple planned to divorce after 25 years together. On August 10th, Flavin unfollowed her husband on Instagram.
