Kate Moss has intervened this Wednesday, May 25th, in the trial that pits her ex-partner, Johnny Depp, against Amber Heard. Her testimony, one of the most anticipated of the judicial process, has been brief, but forceful, managing to attract even more attention to the controversial case.
Moss has been the first witness to speak on the twelfth day of statements in the court of Fairfax, Virginia, United States. She has done it to be questioned about the alleged incident in which, according to Heard, the interpreter of “Pirates of the Caribbean” would have thrown her down the stairs.
The model she has only responded to the questions of Depp’s legal team, since Heard’s representatives have not wanted to question her. Her statement, unlike the others, lasted less than five minutes, and her answers were clear and concise.

“He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down the stairs“, Moss settled, thus ending the interrogation.
